Signing Up
After successfully submitting your billing information, you will see a confirmation page.
Within one business day, you will receive two emails with the following subjects:
- SquadJobs Payment Confirmation
- Your SquadJobs account is ready
The “Your SquadJobs account is ready” email has a link to create a password for your new account. If for some reason you do not receive this email, you can trigger a password reset email by going through the Forgot Password process at app.squadjobs.com/reset-password.
Once you’ve successfully set a password and logged in, you should see your Jobs Dashboard, which displays your plan and the number of job postings available.
Creating A Company Profile
Once you have logged in, navigate to your Company Profile by clicking on My Company at the top of the page. You may see how your profile appears publicly by clicking View page as a job seeker in the lower toolbar after saving updates.
Your Logo
If you do not upload a Company Logo, then your Company Profile Page will use the default logo:
Once you upload a logo, it cannot be deleted. It can only be changed by uploading another image.
Cover Photo
A company Cover Photo is optional. Once you upload an image, it cannot be deleted. It can be changed by uploading another image.
We recommend adding your company logo to complete your profile. This will make it easier for techies to identify you and ultimately apply!

The Create a new job post screen allows you to define the Job Description, Metadata, Responsibilities, and Minimum Qualifications for your posting. Potential Candidates will be matched to your posting by the Top skills and Job Category tags that you set.
Once you have finished your draft job posting, the lower toolbar will allow you to Save as draft for later or Save and publish to make your post live.
The following fields are optional:
- Job ID
- Preferred Qualifications
Editing A Job
From My Jobs in the top navigation, Active and Draft postings may be modified by clicking Edit.
When your changes are ready, use the lower toolbar to Save as draft or Save and publish.
Refreshing Jobs
We ask that you keep your jobs on SquadJobs up-to-date. If you have filled a job or no longer wish to promote it, please set the job to draft.
In the case that you cancel your subscription, your jobs will be taken down within a week after the last day of your billing cycle. Please contact support at help@squadjobs.com for any further assistance.
Account Access
An account can only have one login credential. However, multiple users can use this same login credential to access the account at the same time.
Discounts
Currently, we do not offer any discounts or free job postings. This includes discounts for nonprofit and governmental organizations.
Plan & Pricing Flexibility
We do not adjust or customize any of our standard plans. Therefore, we can only offer 2, 5, or 10 job postings.
You are allowed to create as many jobs as you’d like. However, only the number of jobs in your plan can be active at one time. The others will be drafts or inactive. You can rotate jobs between active and inactive as frequently as you’d like.
Updating Your Billing Information
If you need to update any of your billing information, such as the contact, credit card, or address on file, let us know at support@squadjobs.com
Autopay & Refunds
All our plans are set up as autopay based on the frequency you select (monthly or annually). Cancellation requests for subscriptions must be made prior to the renewal charge. No refunds will be given if a refund is requested after the renewal charge.
Charges With Inactive Jobs
We do not track when you set your jobs as active or inactive, as we allow you to do this as many times as you would like within your billing cycle. Therefore, you will still be charged if you have set your jobs to inactive, but have yet to notify us at support@squadjobs.com
Account Pause & Cancellation
Our plans are month-to-month or annual. If you purchase a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time before a renewal charge by letting us know at support@squadjobs.com. No refunds will be given if a refund is requested after the renewal charge.
In the event that you must pause your hiring efforts, you can cancel your plan and purchase in the future when you are ready to post your jobs again. Your account will always be accessible.
If you have already canceled an account with us and wish to resubscribe, you can go through the purchase flow at squadjobs.com/for-companies.
Seeing Job Posting Statistics (Views & Clicks)
Coming soon! Currently, we only track these types of stats internally. If this is critical for your organization, please reach out to your account manager or our support team at help@squadjobs.com.
We will make an announcement and update our site once this happens.
